My vehicle was done and ready to be picked up by that Friday. Two days later! I was super pleased to be in and out and back on the road so quickly! What a great car buying experience! We went in looking for a specific Jeep Grand Wagoneer, but they didn’t have the trim package we were looking for. A gentleman ran into us on the lot and asked if we needed any help. It turns out he was the General Manager and he helped us out the entire time. Our 2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a bad battery. I called Amir at Capital City CDJR located an hour away on Friday afternoon and made arrangements to meet 1/2 way in a hour. We swapped vehicles with him. They called me Monday morning at 9:45 to tell me our Jeep was repaired. We met him 1/2 way later to swap vehicles again. That is one of the reasons why we bought our new Jeep from them, they have some great employees that take care of their customers! JW

Our car broke down on the way home from visiting Lake of the Ozarks. My Wagoneer was fully packed with luggage and my family. Getting stranded on the side of the highway was stressful enough, but then realizing my family was most likely stranded 100s of miles from home really compounded the stress. Was quick to make a sale but also quick to notice when you get home a brand new vehicle has existing damage and was delivered to you missing nuts in the wheel well housings and had some nice scratches and gouges along with lots of dirt underneath the paint. Even more fun that one of the wheel well nuts was holding the bumper support which was just flopping in the wind while at highway speeds due to the lack of nuts on it.
