Our car broke down on the way home from visiting Lake of the Ozarks. My Wagoneer was fully packed with luggage and my family. Getting stranded on the side of the highway was stressful enough, but then realizing my family was most likely stranded 100s of miles from home really compounded the stress. Was quick to make a sale but also quick to notice when you get home a brand new vehicle has existing damage and was delivered to you missing nuts in the wheel well housings and had some nice scratches and gouges along with lots of dirt underneath the paint. Even more fun that one of the wheel well nuts was holding the bumper support which was just flopping in the wind while at highway speeds due to the lack of nuts on it. Just left this dealership. I went to purchase a new jeep grand cherokee. I test drove one and came to an agreed upon price with the salesman that he approved with the sales manager. He told us to go eat lunch while they ran our credit and detailed the vehicle. On our way back, I received a call from the sales manager saying that the general manager would not honor the sale. That he wanted $1200 more. That is crazy after a agreement had already been made. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!
